Emoji Arrows is a mobile puzzle game provided by Youngs. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Emoji Arrows mobile app or visit the Emoji Arrows website.

Information We Process

We do not require an account and do not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, payment information, or user-generated content to play the game.

The app and website may process the following information:

• Gameplay and analytics data: app launches, play actions, level starts, clears and failures, level number, session number, and rewarded-ad events.
• Device and app information: device or advertising identifiers where available, operating system and app version, language, time zone, country or approximate location derived from an IP address, and Firebase installation information.
• Advertising data: ads requested or shown, ad interactions, video views, reward completion, and information used to deliver, measure, secure, and limit advertising.
• Diagnostics: app launch time, performance information, SDK errors, crash or diagnostic data that may be processed by our advertising and analytics providers.
• Website usage: page views, store-link clicks, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookies or similar technologies processed through Google Analytics.
• Local game data: current level, board state, lives, mistakes, onboarding status, and session state stored on your device. This local data is not uploaded by us as saved-game content.

How We Use Information

• Provide the game, restore local progress, and operate gameplay features.
• Understand game usage and improve level balance, stability, and performance.
• Deliver and measure banner and rewarded ads.
• Configure app behavior and evaluate feature or advertising experiments.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and technical failures and comply with legal obligations.

Advertising and Tracking Choices

Emoji Arrows uses Google Mobile Ads. On iOS, the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking. Denying that permission does not prevent you from playing. You can also limit or reset advertising identifiers through your device settings. Depending on your region and device, additional advertising or consent choices may be available through Google or your operating system.

The app may request notification permission. The current version does not use notification permission to send marketing messages.

Third-Party Services

We use service providers that may process information on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own terms:

• Firebase, including Analytics and Remote Config, for usage measurement and app configuration.
• Google, including Google Mobile Ads and Google Analytics, for advertising, measurement, security, and website analytics.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising technology may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. You may use available device and consent controls or contact us to exercise applicable rights.

Legal Bases

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we process information as needed to provide the game, based on our legitimate interests in analytics, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement, with consent for tracking or personalized advertising where consent is required, and as necessary to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through available device or consent controls without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Analytics, advertising, and diagnostic information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to our provider settings, legal requirements, and the retention policies of Google and Firebase. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained for longer.

Emoji Arrows does not create user accounts. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights, contact us at the address below. Because app data is generally pseudonymous and not tied to an account, we may need information such as your platform, approximate request date, or device/app identifiers to locate a record, and we may not be able to identify a specific record.

Children

Emoji Arrows is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where applicable.

International Processing

Google, Firebase, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Service providers use legal safeguards for international transfers where required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport where supported. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to submit a request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the date above.
